Job Summary
We have an opportunity for an experienced MAINTENANCE MANAGER to join our specialist engineering team at Florette in Lichfield. Working in collaboration with the wider engineering function and other departments, this role is critical to the provision of an effective maintenance service to the business. You'll manage and develop our team of skilled engineers, contributing to their individual development, and engaging in recruitment and succession planning activities. Your work will ensure the efficiency of the plant and associated equipment, ensuring availability and reliability is maximised. This role will also drive the continuous improvement of the technical elements of our safety agenda, maintenance and equipment improvements; subsequently experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment is essential.
Working hours: M-F, 37.5 hours a week
